The last in-store custom order I took was for an extra special handbag. Our client brought in several sentimental pieces given to her by beloved family members. Together she and I came up with this Edith bag design.
Her vintage black and white print paired nicely with green silk from our collection, and a unique vintage brooch from her grandmother brought the design together. I made two antique keys and a lock into a detachable key fob. Inside, I stitched a pretty hankie to the bag lining, for a sweet secret. This was the perfect bag for me to make at this special time. I loved every minute of it!
